We specialise in used and vintage audio equipment and spare parts.
All parts are sold as pictured and described. Please read the descriptions and examine all photos carefully.
Products are tested where possible and sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.
We do not store your credit card details.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is only accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.
At that point, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with tracking and delivery details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to dispatch.
5. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed after entering the delivery address.
International Orders (including the European Union)
For orders shipped to the European Union using Royal Mail’s Prepaid Duties and Taxes (PDDP) service, applicable import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties are collected at checkout. These charges are prepaid to help ensure a smooth customs clearance process, and customers should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may still apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery for return requests.
7. Warranty
All products are sold as-is, unless otherwise specified.
Used parts are original and removed from fully working devices.
They are fully functional unless stated otherwise, and may show minor scratches, marks, or signs of previous use — please refer to the pictures for exact condition.
Any specific guarantees or exceptions will be clearly stated in the product listing.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or misuse.
We are also not responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect installation or improper handling of spare parts purchased from us.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
